Why I Started This Blog And Who Benefits From Reading It?

If you are thinking of entering the Network Marketing Industry ($153 Billion/year), are
new to the industry, or struggling in this industry then YOU DO!

Hello & Thank You for visiting my blog.

I struggled initially as well. I did not receive the proper training for network marketing
and chances are that you have not either if you're reading this. That is not to say that I
did not have good leaders in my up line but to say that most of the people making
thousands of dollars did not do this just by making a list of contacts from their phones
or bugging theirs family members every couple of days to get them to join. In fact when
I first joined NO ONE from my family joined the business with me. Of course, that did
nothing for me as far as motivation goes.

When I entered the world of Network Marketing I was College student and a Co-parent.
As far as school goes, I wanted to graduate as fast as I could so I elected to take all
"Advanced Paced" courses. This would allow me to finish in 2 years instead of 3 1/2. I'm
sure you can imagine how tight my schedule had just gotten. Keep in mind that I Co-Parent
also with my 2 year old daughter's mother. That meant and still means that I have my
daughter anywhere from 3-4 days a week depending on her mom's work schedule. I was not
working at the time either but did have some savings. Babies are like a tornado to a bank
account lol. Diapers and formula ought to be a valuable commodity on the stock market!
I'm not going to even get started on the costs daycare! I guess you can kind of see why
the people I personally connect with most often are single parents.

Another great story to being successful was: "Just post about the great
lifestyle that the company is helping you live!!" Of course, this was coming from leaders
who were going to every company conference, buying company products, showing flashy
cars, and expensive shopping sprees all while in elaborate 5/6 star hotels. How could my
videos or posts, etc. compete with that?! If you were like me starting out, the membership
fee alone was a financial strain, especially since I was spending a lot of time posting status
after status but not getting sign ups. Of course, being a business creates great ways to
save money with special discounts on almost everything we buy monthly, however, you
cannot rank up by saving money. Ranking up equals monthly commissions!

Eventually, my business partner and I put enough work in to reach the residual-(monthly)
income earnings bracket but found it extremely hard to help our people build. People
that were going through the same things we had and as a result became exhausted and
frustrated. Now, some of them just quit before they really even got started. I know some quit
because they joined under the notion of quick and easy money. Once they found out
they would actually have to work to build a business they became less interested.

College gave me not just a Bachelor's Degree, but the ability to find valuable/credible
information. Knowledge is power! I realized very quickly that in order to succeed we
needed to be educated! We needed someone that was not so successful that they had
little or no time to actually help us. We also did not want to be charged thousands of dollars
for a one-time 30-60 minute conversation since we were not making the type of money.

As a result, I searched high and low for mentors but it was the same story for the most
part. I don't say this with any negative implications on successful leaders in this business.
I understand that there is only one of them and a lot of people in the down lines. Even
with that, it still did not help with my problem. You may be in the same situation and that
may be the reason why we have a great connection already. I call it "the struggle."

Over the summer I have attracted some great people and information into my life. I will
do my absolute best to share this great content that may help you build your business by
helping others also. It is my sincerest hope that everyone will appreciate the efforts and
will even add great information for those in the same situations in the comments on this blog.
I came into this industry to help provide a better life for my children. I want them to know
a better way of living life than punching a clock and working their selves until their physically
unable. I want them to work smarter, not harder. I want them to have a lifestyle not just to be
alive. I know this industry, great information, and great people can/will greatly contribute
to all of our goals and dreams!!! I'm excited!!
